Regional Sales Manager – East & Central Europe

 A significant, privately owned multinational group is seeking a motivated sales professional to join their European team and lead sales in East & Central Europe.
 
 Serving the composite manufacturing industry through the distribution of advanced composites, specialty polymers, and essential consumables, this established organization combines the resources and stability of a global player with the agility of private ownership. You will deliver technical solutions to clients across wind energy, marine, automotive, aerospace, and transportation sectors, backed by a company with the investment capability and commitment to support your success.
 
  The Opportunity 
 
 - Own and grow sales across your designated regional territory
- Prospect new business opportunities and develop qualified leads
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
- Build strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
- Provide technical guidance and application support to customers
 What You Bring 
 
 - 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally within composites or advanced materials
- Working knowledge of composite materials and core materials applications
- Proven ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with strong prospecting and business development skills
- Technical aptitude with ability to understand customer applications
- Willingness to travel extensively within your region
